Qualifications:
– Maximal 40 years old
– Graduated from S1/S2 in Law or Admin/Management
– HR Certificate Competency from LSP
– Fluent in English and Computer literate
– Able to communication & negotiation/presentation
– Working Experience as Manager HRGA / Legal minimal 7 years, preferable in Shipping Company
– Working Experience as Manager HRGA in Public Listed Company (TBK)
– Familiar with HR functions; recruitment, selection, training & development, compensation & benefit and separation.
– Familiar with Audit of ISO certification & K3 Umum Kemenaker.
– Familiar with UU Ciptakerja/UUTK 13/2003 and Company Rule Regulation
– Familiar with BPJS Kesehatan&BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and Health/ Life Insurance
-Able to create policies/SOP of HRGA and as needed by company
– Able to arrange Training Plan and Training Matrix, Competency Matrix, KPI
– General Admin’s Arrangement
– Handle & Monitoring of company’s licence
– Responsible, Helpful, Friendly, Active, Innitiative & dycipline
– Good attitude, Responsible, creative and dedicated for company
– Ready to work
– Prefer live in Jakarta area
