Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least SMU in any field.
- Required language(s): English
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Seles, Good Communication, Microsoft Office
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Sales – Retail/General or equivalent
Job Descriptions :
- Establish good relationships with potential customers
- Brief and detailed product information
- Carry out product sales activities Implement and ensure all sales activities have been carried out in accordance with marketing planning
- Maintain good relationships with consumers and distributors actively
- Retain consumers and distributors to increase sales volume
- Carry out sales and complete sales targets that have been set
- Present, promote and sell products / services using strong arguments to existing and potential customers
- Perform a cost-benefit analysis and the needs of existing / potential customers to meet their needs
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Visiting customers or contacting them via phone calls
- Provide prompt solutions to customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Analysis of potential areas / markets, sales and status reports
- Inventory management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential new products and services.
- Stay abreast of best promotion practices and trends. Continue to improve feedback.
