Job Responsibilities
- Ensure all activities related to Human Resources are rolled out and aligned with company’s objective, policy, and applied government regulations.
- Ensure all organizational and employee activities are based on company’s 5 Year and 1 Year Plan
- Develop HR System to ensure that the system can work efficient and effectively based on company’s policy and comply with regulations
- Monitor bugdet implementation and administration is used based on plan.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) graduate from any major.
- Minimum 5 years experiences in HR Leadership function.
- Good knowledge in HR function : employment law, compensation, organizational planning, recruitment and employee relations.
- Have good communication & interpersonal skill.
- Have good analytical thinking.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- Experience in handling HRGA Site Operations for construction projects would be beneficial.
- Willing to be located at Kalimantan
