We are looking for a skilled and qualified HR Manager to join and lead our Human Resources Department.

HR Manager responsibilities include overseeing the recruitment process, designing company policies and setting objectives for the HR team. You will also help shape our employer brand strategy. To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with HR technology, including HR Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems. You also need to demonstrate leadership abilities and are a strategic thinker, effective people manager, and problem-solver.

Ultimately, you will ensure our company attracts, hires, develops and retains qualified employees. This include posting effective job ads on job boards and social networks.

You will be the go-to person for all employee-related issues. This means that your HR duties will involve managing activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development and talent management. The job of HR Manager is important to business success.

Responsibilities include:

–         Design, develop, implement, communicate and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, policies, procedures and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy by:

o  Setting objectives for the HR Team, guide, evaluate and track their progress

o  Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues in a timely manner

–         Manage, suggest and implement improvements to the entire recruitment and selection process, including onboarding and training new hires, to ensure maximum efficiency

–         Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital

–         Forecast hiring needs, particularly at peak seasons

–         Build a strong corporate culture

–         Nurture a positive working environment

–         Setting up and manage a performance evaluation/appraisal system that drives high performance

–         Develop and improve on existing compensation and benefits packages to increase retention

–         Maintain Employee Records and contracts

–         Assess learning, training and development needs. Organize and monitor such programs

–         Discuss employees’ career development paths with managers

–         Track and Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics (e.g. Staff turnover rates and cost-per-hire, source of hire, etc.) and KPIs

–         Analyze the effectiveness of HR operations and policies

–         Liaise with college career offices to inform graduates about junior positions

–         Use social networks to showcase our company culture and build a strong employer brand

–         Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

–         Attract, hire, develop and retain qualified employees

Requirements:

–         Degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or related field

–         Proven working experience as HR Manager

–         Experience in strategic HR planning and implementation

–         Deep knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, retention, talent management, etc.)

–         Demonstrable experience with Human Resources Metrics and Analytics

–         Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software and Applicant Tracking Systems

–         Hands-on experience with sourcing and evaluating candidates for various seniority levels

–         In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices [link removed]

–         Pro-active and self-motivated

–         Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills

–         Excellent Analytical and Problem-Solving skills

–         Leadership skills

–         People oriented and results driven

–         Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company

–         Experience in F&B (Food & Beverage) industry preferred
