Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law/ Psychology or a related field
- Have minimum 2 years experience in Human Resource field.
- Have experience on handling Recruitment Process (Sourcing, Interview, Onboard)
- Have experience in industrial relation and external relation will be advantage.
- Have experience in compliance, risk management, or a related field will be advantage
- In-depth knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
- Experience on using HRIS will be advantage.
- Detail oriented, multitasking, and have a good communication.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
