Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Psychology or Human Resource Management.
- Maximum age of 40 years.
- Minimum 8 years’ experience as Human Capital Manager, preferably from a garment industry.
- Fluent in English both oral and written.
- Have a strong leadership to manage the Team.
- Have good interpersonal relationship skills.
- Good experienced in HCM business processes digitalization.
- Proficient using SAP System
- Have a good knowledge and well experience in Payroll
- Placement at Jakarta
Job Description :
- Develop an implementation and management strategy within the scope of Recruitment, Training & Development, Organization & Development, Employee Relation and HRIS.
- Develop and integrate organizational efficiency and effectiveness through HR best practice that promotes a high standard of performance to achieve the Company’s corporate mission and goals.
- Monitor and ensure the implementation of the work program in accordance with unit and department performance standards.
- Develop employee competencies and capabilities, conduct individual performance assessments and feedbacks, and manage another aspect to achieve the specified performance quality.
- Implement standard quality management systems within the company SOP and serve as Management Representative.
- Handle payroll process
