Responsibilities
- Monitor warehouse activities, including receiving, arranging, and releasing goods, and ensure all activities comply with SOP.
- Organize and ensure smooth delivery accommodations.
- Ensure the stock of goods matches the data recorded in the system.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods according to orders from the outlet.
- Ensure stock availability for retail, branch, and wholesale sales needs.
- Record incoming and outgoing goods and sign the goods receipt letter.
- Able to carry out analysis and problem-solving
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse management or a related field.
- Minimum of a Diploma III degree in Logistics or related field.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software.
- Understanding of inventory management and stock recording systems.
- Ability to coordinate timely delivery of goods.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems related to warehouse operations.
- Good communication skills with suppliers, delivery teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to supervise warehouse staff and provide necessary support.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and warehouse protocols.
