Proven work experience more than 5 years
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree majoring in psychology/management/law
Have experience in legal aspects related to employment such as drafting employee employment contracts.
Experienced in attendance, recording employee permits and holidays, database maintenance, and employee payroll
Have the ability to implement company policies, regulations and strategies for employees, and maintain good relations between employees and the company
Has extensive knowledge of employment law and employee care.
Have the ability to solve problems well in accordance with applicable regulations
Have strong communication skills, verbally and in writing, to convey company rules, carry out employee onboarding, enforce discipline, understand employee expectations, and others
Has the ability to manage large amounts of data and organize information so that it is easily accessed by management and all employees.
Having ethics and integrity helps companies comply with the law and uphold high business standards, as well as ensuring employee rights are met.
