Job Descriptions:

  1. Develop and analyze Corporate HR strategies. 
  2. Provide advice to resolve issues when complex and sensitive conditions occur in the organization related to daily processes – whether related to administration, policy, violations, or terminations. 
  3. Manage and analyze organization conditions related to organizational structure design, job analysis, job evaluation, and job design.
  4. Manage and analyze the talent acquisition process – from the recruitment and selection process to career and succession planning – especially at the managerial level.
  5. Develop and analyze HR Management System and Infrastructure for all business units. 
  6. Conduct HR compliance audits regularly in all business units.
  7. Monitor, control, and analyze remuneration activities and personnel administration.
  8. Lead and manage HR Corporate teams.
  9. Provide mentoring, coaching, and counseling to team members.
  10. Write a monthly report to the HR Coordinator.
  11. Perform other tasks assigned by superiors and management.

 

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Management/Psychology/Informatics Engineering/Industrial Engineering/Law.
  2. Minimum ten years of work experience with five years at the managerial level.
  3. Experienced in managing a multifunctional team.
  4. Has competency and experience in recruitment and selection, career and succession planning, organizational structure design, job analysis, workload analysis, HR system management, research, data analysis, project management, personnel administration, remuneration, and people development.
  5. Understand Employment Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan) and compliance audit.
  6. Have experience in the manufacturing company.
  7. Have a passion for managing and developing an organization.
  8. Able to coordinate with various stakeholders in each business unit.
  9. Open-minded and adaptable to dynamic environmental changes.
  10. Able to work under pressure with strong analytical thinking and decision-making.
  11. Strong spoken and written English is a must. 
  12. Comfortable working in a remote area.
  13. Willing to go to business unit intensively.
