Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement talent management strategies that align with business objective 
  • Oversee employee performance management process 
  • Develop, deliver training and development programs 
  • Develop and implement career succession planning strategies to ensure an internal pipeline for critical roles 
  • Identify trend, gaps, and opportunities of company’s current talent management process 
  • Partner with Business Leaders to drive talent initiative and support business strategy

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or related field 
  • Proven experience in performance management, succession planning, and talent development. 
  • Strong in Strategic thinking, effective communication, and a deep understanding of organizational dynamics and talent development process. 
  • Exposure in Training need Analysis process • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • CHRMP, CHRP, or other related BNSP certification is a plus.
