Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement talent management strategies that align with business objective
- Oversee employee performance management process
- Develop, deliver training and development programs
- Develop and implement career succession planning strategies to ensure an internal pipeline for critical roles
- Identify trend, gaps, and opportunities of company’s current talent management process
- Partner with Business Leaders to drive talent initiative and support business strategy
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or related field
- Proven experience in performance management, succession planning, and talent development.
- Strong in Strategic thinking, effective communication, and a deep understanding of organizational dynamics and talent development process.
- Exposure in Training need Analysis process • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- CHRMP, CHRP, or other related BNSP certification is a plus.
