Job Description:
The Learning and Development is primarily responsible for the operational aspect of Hospital talent management in accordance with established Group HR standards, policies, procedures, as well as applicable government regulation and regulation requirements. The Learning and Development will also manage all aspects of talent management, including to talent acquisitions, talent training and development as well as performance management.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology (preferably), Human Resource Management, or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Intermediate Microsoft Office, especially Power Point Word and Excel.
- High integrity, strong communication & collaboration skill, assertive.
- Willing to be placed: MRCCC Siloam Hospital
