Job Description:
- Create effective talent acquisition and employer branding activities.
- Design and implement tools for acquisition and assessment.
- Conduct job analysis, job evaluation and job description as well as job grading.
- Design and implement employee strategies, talent mapping, career management and leadership development programs.
- Support delivery of onboarding for new hires and training to employees for competency & performance improvement.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Psychology/Management/ or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience and proven exposure in talent acquisition, talent management, learning & development activities.
- Having experience or proven exposure in as internal trainer, end to end learning & development program from conduct training need analysis, competency gap analysis, create delivery, monitoring and evaluate training programs.
