Lowongan Kerja Posisi Employee Relation Officer di PT Bukitmega Masabadi

DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and resolve labor issues
  • Assist in the company’s licensing and legal management.
  • Implement and monitor the implementation of corporate and organizational culture development programs, career development, employee administration and performance management
  • Implement organizational communication programs between Employer and Employees to create a good working environment.

Qualification:

  1. Maximum age 30 years old 
  2. Bachelor’s Degree of Psychology / Management / Human Resources / Law
  3. Having minimum 3 years of working experience in Human Resources Department as Employee Relations and Legal Officer, from Petrochemical / Oil & Gas / Manufacture / Plantation company. 
  4. Having experience in handle Employee Job Descriptions, Employee Training & Development, Employee Engagement activities
  5. Having experience in Legal Activities.
  6. Having good skill in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), communication and presentation skill. 
  7. Having knowledge in Government Labor Regulation, and HR Management. 
  8. Fluent in English.
  9. Placement in Head Office in Central Jakarta.
