Role and Responsibilities

Sourcing, attracting, interviewing, shortlisted the best candidates for clients’ criteria
Consult and advise the client how to maximize the possibility to reach success in hiring, by providing the market tendency and information
Complete and update candidate’s database regularly
Coordinate with User for scheduling proses of interview and test
Prepare internal and external job advertisement, web posting, and other materials
Manage collection, payment, promote for upselling & cross selling
Managing administration process, office event, webinars, etc.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Currently domicile in Batam
Proven at least 2-year experiences as recruiter, preferably from headhunter
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology
Excellent in English skills, verbal and written
Mastering Microsoft Office & technology-based platform
Master the psychological test
Able to work in a fast-moving, challenging, and multi-tasking environment
Have a pleasant personality and good interpersonal and relationship building skill
Target oriented person
Excel in presentation skill
Creative and highly initiative for business development
